It is important to us that you have options when it comes to payment for services:
If our providers are in-network, we can bill your insurance directly
If our providers are out-of-network, we can provide a superbill (with details of services provided), which enables you to request reimbursement from your insurance provider
If you prefer that we not bill through insurance, we have cash-based options which may be cheaper depending on your therapy benefits
We specialize in limb loss and neurological diagnoses. However, we have over 15 years of experience working with all types of mobility challenges (e.g., regaining balance, minimizing and resolving pain, etc.). We are here to learn about your desires and to help you find solutions to reach your goals.
